Since the Arizona Benefits Fund was inaugurated, more than 60 hospitals throughout Arizona have received funding for trauma centers and emergency departments.

    • The Banner University Level 1 Trauma Center is one of eight centers. It is the busiest trauma center and serves a population of 1.5 million people. It is also among the nation’s leaders in length of hospital stay, low treatment costs, and low mortality rates.
  • St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Trauma Center received $4,453,435 to reimburse trauma and emergency care that it provided to patients
